Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded. However, uncustomized hair and wigs are eligible for exchange for store credit, provided the items are unopened, unworn, and in their original condition. As hair is considered a hygienic product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been tampered with or worn. Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to processing delays.
Shipping
Hairlot Deluxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been signed for. A signature is required for delivery unless otherwise specified, and we cannot be held liable for any issues that arise after delivery. All sales are final.
