Non-Refundable Orders:
All orders placed with Hairlot Deluxe are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled once processed.

Exchanges for Store Credit:
Uncustomized hair and wigs may be eligible for exchange for store credit only if the original merchandise is unopened, unworn, and free from any tampering. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Hygiene and Safety:
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Therefore, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any products that have been opened, worn, or tampered with in any way.

Processing Delays:
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays in processing time. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to fulfill your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Hairlot Deluxe is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been signed for upon delivery. For your security, all shipments will require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise specified.
