At Hairlot Deluxe, we take great care to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. Please note that all shipments will require a signature upon delivery, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Once a package has been signed for, Hairlot Deluxe is no longer liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address provided.

In the event that you choose to waive the signature requirement, Hairlot Deluxe cannot be held responsible for any issues, including lost or stolen packages, once the courier marks the item as delivered.

Please be aware that all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed and shipped. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the highest level of service and satisfaction with your purchase.
