What types of hair do you offer?

We offer 100% human Hair Bundles, 100% human hair Wig Caps and synthetic hair Braided Wigs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. See checkout for shipping prices in your area.

How long are shipping wait times?

We deliver in 3-7 business days in the U.S. (varies by location).

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, we require signatures upon delivery. However, you may opt out during the checkout process. In this case, Hairlot Deluxe will not take responsibility for stolen or misplaced items.

What is the lifespan of products made with 100% human hair? Synthetic hair?

Human hair: Between 4-6 years, if taken care of properly.
Synthetic hair: Between 3-5 years, if taken care of properly.

Can I customize my wig or wig cap?

No, we do not currently offer customization, but plan to offer this in the near future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel an order within 30 to 60 minutes of placing your order. All orders placed before 12:00 pm are fulfilled and shipped out on the same day, therefore our flexibility to cancel or change orders is limited.

Can I style my wig with heat tools?

Yes, heat tools can be used on our 100% human hair wig caps and hair bundles. However, we do not recommend using heat tools on our synthetic hair braided wigs.
